Do You Know What Is High Blood Pressure?
Definition of High Blood Pressure
Extreme blood pressure can be rise within pressure imposed by moving blood on the artery walls as a natural reaction to strain or normal movement. Anyhow, if this pressure continues to be steadily high (high blood pressure as it is called), it can exhaust your arteries and heart. It results in strokes, heart attacks and arterial disease.
Blood Pressure Reading
The diastolic and the systolic are two values in which blood pressure is recorded by physicians. It is read in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
High Blood Pressure may be represented in a grown-up as a blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or more than or equable to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. Reading of blood pressure above 140/90 is strange & determines hypertension.
